Refund Policy
At AMADEA SHINE, all pieces are handled with strict hygiene standards. All sales are final and we do not accept returns.
Exchanges are only offered if an incorrect item has been delivered. Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging, with all tags intact. Requests must be made within two days of delivery by emailing hello@amadeashine.com, along with a clear photograph for review. Once approved, return instructions will be provided and a replacement will be issued upon receipt.
Items showing any signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. Returns without prior approval will be declined. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Delivery-related issues, including incorrect or incomplete address details, PO Box addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or loss after delivery.
Customer and product-related issues, including sizing concerns, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, or items returned in used or damaged condition.
Natural variations in colour or design due to handmade production and the use of stones.
Items that are not faulty.

Product Note
Earring stems are intentionally crafted from a softer material to prevent breakage. Slight bending is normal and not considered a defect.
Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to feel light and effortless when worn. The reduced weight is a deliberate part of the design, created to ensure comfort without compromising on quality or finish.
