SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At AMADEA SHINE, every order is handled with the same level of care as our jewellery. From dispatch to delivery, we strive to ensure a seamless, reliable, and reassuring experience.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, courier rates, or ongoing promotions. All applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

ORDERS
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days from the time of purchase. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Public Holidays.

We ship via international express couriers.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

PACKAGING
Each order is presented in our signature AMADEA SHINE packaging, thoughtfully designed to protect your jewellery while enhancing your unboxing experience.

  • Where possible, multiple items within the same order are packaged together to minimise waste, in line with our sustainability approach.
  • Should you prefer individual packaging for each item, this can be arranged upon request. Additional shipping charges may apply.

DUTIES & TAXES

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
  • If duties or taxes are refused or left unpaid and the parcel is returned, associated shipping and handling costs will be deducted, and the order will be considered non-refundable.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you request a delivery without a signature, or to a neighbour or safe place, AMADEA SHINE is not liable for any loss or damage once the parcel is marked as delivered.
  • Certain locations may incur additional courier fees (e.g. remote or hard-to-reach areas). If applicable, our team will contact you prior to dispatch. Any such surcharges are payable by the customer.
  • Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  • If a parcel is returned due to missed or refused delivery, a re-shipping fee will apply.
